Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to wear your team colors with pride, so if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached and include proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official AFL hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Post Your Package

  Print your generated shipping label and drop the parcel off at any Australia Post office or designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
